Services, Partners & Photos Update

Everything from your revision email is now live on the review site. Your services are listed the way you actually sell them, every tax-preparation reference is gone, your six partner discounts are up with the ADP sign-up link, and both photos you sent are in place.

What changed

  • “QuickBooks Online Bookkeeping” is now “Remote Bookkeeping” everywhere on the site — page titles, headings, and the behind-the-scenes text Google reads. The FAQ now says plainly that you work across multiple cloud accounting platforms, not only QuickBooks.
  • Services rebuilt into your five categories — Remote Bookkeeping, Payroll, Sales Tax, Advisory, and QuickBooks Online Setup & Training — with all 28 of the individual services you listed, in your order.
  • Sales Tax is now its own service and has moved onto the homepage. Multi-state nexus and POS reporting are things most bookkeepers hand back to the client, so it is worth showing off rather than burying.
  • All tax-preparation references removed across all six pages — including page titles, search descriptions, the FAQ, and the structured data Google reads. The site now states plainly that income tax returns are not prepared.
  • Partner Discounts section added with all six offers. The 90% QuickBooks offer is highlighted and shows its 09/30/2026 expiry date.
  • Your ADP sign-up link is live on the ADP discount card, so clients can enrol through you directly.
  • Both new photos are in — the food truck on Sales Tax (it pairs with POS sales tax reporting) and the speaking photo on Advisory.
  • A free calculator was added to the homepage — visitors can work out what doing their own books costs them in time. No email required to use it, which is deliberate: people researching will use a free tool long before they will fill in a form.
  • An honest “is this a fit” section was added, including that income tax prep is not offered. Saying who you are not for tends to build trust and saves you consultations that were never going to convert.
One thing needs you: the third photo (the “Come In / We’re Open” sign) is not on the site yet. It came through at 396×270 pixels, which is too small — the images on your service pages display around 1000 pixels wide, so it would look blurry. If you can send the original high-resolution version, it goes straight in.
A note on partner logos: the six platforms are listed by name rather than with their logos. Showing a company’s logo publicly usually means being an authorised partner of theirs. You are covered for QuickBooks (ProAdvisor Gold and Affiliate), but let us know which of Gusto, ADP, Clover, Avalara and Xero you are formally enrolled with and we will add those logos.
